Are you for real "change" in Washington as the rise in Independents is poised to overtake the 2 party system?

Independents still vote for either the Democrat or Republican candidate overwhelmingly. They are just not slavishly loyal to one party or the other. The rise of Independents will cause dramatic swings in power on a regular basis, as we have seen lately.
