Should i make this deal in my league?

i was offered brandon jacobs (RB) from another team for roddy white (WR)....... im in need of running back kinda and the other team needs a WR....... is this a fair trade..... my running backs currently are marshawn lynch and derrick and WR are anquan boldin and vincent jackson and white..... should i take this deal.....
