Which branch of the government (legislative,executive, and judicial branch) is the most powerful?

They're supposed to be perfectly balanced and the power is spread out pretty evenly but I still think the legislative branch has the most because the bills they p influence the decisions of judicial and they every time they p a bill it effects us.
