Dave has your answer, Vista is an independent OS, you are having a conflict, so it is a driver problem. I would first make sure your security is up to date and then completely uninstall the graphics card, then re install it and then download pertinent drivers from Vista and drivers from the companies from the peripherals that you are having a conflict with.
