What Can I do About Fuzz on Laundry?

My husband got me a really nice fleece nightshirt and robe for Christmas and I made the mistake of washing them with the brand new fleece blanket that he also got me. Now the nightshirt and robe have little tan fuzz all over them from the blanket, even after I washed them again without the blanket. I don't have a lint roller, and I don't have the patience to try to take them all off with rolls of tape. Any other suggestions? I am now washing them for the third time with some old terry cloth towels in hopes that the fuzz will get picked by the rough terry cloth. Any tips would be appreciated.
