Professional athlete and Atkins diet? Will I have enough energy to train every day?

No, I went on atkins years ago & felt like I was going to die. I did it cause I wanted to lower my blood sugar. I was so drained & didn't know until someone told me, that I had to have carbs. So I have discovered that if I eat protein like the size of a deck of cards (fish, chicken, etc) & carbs then I have energy. Just watch what kind of carbs you have. Instead of having a cup of pasta have some broccoli in it. Instead of eating a yogurt that has 33 carbs have a 16 carb cup. Just don't cut out carbs too much.
