Any suggestions for Christmas homemade ornaments to give as gifts?

I know it's only August, but every year I handmake something to give out to everyone I love, and I started a project that I'm finding takes way too much time. They are cute little ornaments of a Santa, an Elf, Snowman, Christmas Tree, Reindeer, and an Angel: Each of which I sculpted with air-dry clay, then painted, then hot glued/hand stitched clothes etc, on them. So I'm looking for something a little more time-efficient, that still looks nice, and not like something that your kid made at school. Thanks for any suggestions. :)
