Have I been poisoned?
I feel really dumb... but I'm a little worried. It's probably nothing really to worry about, but better safe than sorry. I put like four drops of rosemary essential oil on a calzone that I baked tonight. I have eaten about a fourth of the calzone - so I probably have not ingested much of the oil. But I just read that rosemary essential oil can be toxic if ingested! Duh, me! :( I suppose I stupidly thought that just because you can put dried rosemary in food, you can use a bit of oil. Can anybody tell me if this is a dangerous amount of rosemary? Thank you... *makes embarred face* :P
