Help me please with this id really like to talk to someone..?!?

im sorry but it sounds like hes avoiding you. it sounds like maybe your wanting to be alone too soon. just keep it to hanging out with friends for awhile. its been 3 weeks. dont like freak if he doesnt wanna be alone right away. if he likes you alot then he's probably nervous. just calm down. if he keeps avoiding you and not calling just forget him. there are other guys out there that wont ignore you like that. so just calm down for now. :)
