I need help figuring out a song that was in a music video!!! PLEASE HELP!!?

I forgot what the song was but I remember the music video. There was this guy singing, walking down a busy street and everyone had a countdown floating above their heads of how long they would live. I think one person he saw was about to have his countdown end, but then he saved the person. I know the song was a popular song, but I don't remember anything about it!
