I need info from a cop, judge, attorney or state trooper?

I was in an accident last week thursday and I had too many people in my car. I can only have one extra and I had 3 extra. I didn't get my license taken away at the scene but can they still take it away? Will I get it taken away? What can I do to prevent that. No one was injured, and both cars are pretty damaged.
