Is Chris Tucker the luckiest actor ever?

I think for his talent or simple presence he is very lucky. Not many people get opportunities like those. However I really think he got the biggest break with Rush Hour and could not make anything else out of it. That is sad. But as far as the luck goes the son of a ***** is one of the luckiest people I know for Hollywood.
