Scabbed pimple, nothing left, help! [details inside, mucho importante!]?

So i picked at a pimple on sunday night, and again on monday during the day. Then it turned into this scabbed over pimple. The first day, i didn't know what to do about it, so i just covered it up. The second, i put a zit cream on it. The 3rd (today) i have kept a bandaid with Bacitracin on it over it almost all day. It is looking better. I have heard that Aloe Vera can help to soften (if not prevent) scarring. Is this true? Would it be too late to prevent scarring? Help, please. I am 14 and i already have a big scar an 2 smaller ones, i really don't need another. :(
