Should Harold Camping return the donations to the people and families he fooled, what's your opinion?

Personally, I think what Harold Camping is doing is a very clever ingenious get-rich-quick scheme, think about, Harold Camping predicts the Rapture will occur on some date, and so many gullible people and families believe him and donate money to him, personally, I think Harold Camping should return the donations to the people and families he fooled.
