What bhajans and mantra to play in new house ?

Well, Lakshmi is supposed to be the Hindu goddess of good luck and prosperity. So it might be a good idea for a Lakshmi mantra. A Ganesh mantra might also be a good idea to remove obstacles. I'm not 100% sure though, I'm just thinking of a few that come to mind.
