Who wants to get a rally set up?

I was thinking about getting a rally set up somewhere in the U.S. Probably a large city. I think that if I can get some people to join, we could get a rally set up in front a state capitol building. Any ideas where we should do it? We could even do it in whatever city you live in. Help gather everyone else people and promote cities to rally in!
