My child doesn;t wanna come with me?

I have a 4 year daughter.I have visitiation and joint legal custody,my child does not want go with me now she's to comfortable at her mother house, which she lives with her parents, they spoil her,I never had a problem until now any suggestions? can this effect my visits? Me and the mother don't get along always writing stupid comments on Facebook referring things which is not tru.If i didn't had my daughter she would of got a beat down lmao she piss me off doesn;t get my child ready when im there,doesn;t talk to her to go with me,I don't even know they manipulating for her not to come with me? my ex mother does more for my daughhter get her stuff ready like if she was the mom and my ex is 23 acting like a kid
